Prices are per night for the whole house not per person.

Min. 5 nights in winter and 7 nights during summer months.

• Wi-Fi internet connection is provided
• All rooms have A/C and floor heating
• Floor heating and pool heating can be turned on only between 1 Nov-30 April
• Pool heating is included in price between 1 Nov-30 April. Other times 10 EUR per day and has to be open during the whole stay
• No pets allowed
• Private car parking
• Honeymoon package and decoration on demand with a fee
• Portable Baby bed supplied on demand
• Children’s playground is available on common area
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• 100% Cotton bed linen, bath towels, face/hand towels, pool towels are provided
• Hotel type shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner and hand soap provided on arrival
• Bathrooms are equipped with fixed hairdryers
• There is a safe in the apartment
• The villa has a security alarm system as well as a smoke detector/alarm
• There is power generator in case of a power outage
• Shopping deliveries can be arranged with a fee
• The villa is approached by a number of descending steps, so it may not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs
• Care taker for your needs and help is available 24 hours
